Scout is an Elite Mod. A satyr, he appears in the course Rickety Bridge. He is the third Elite Mod that Tag races in the Range Tour. His Grudge Match is to score higher than him. You have to take him down at the Big Bridge, alongside two other racers, to earn the right to his Grudge Match.
Before he was a professional racer, Scout was raised by wolves. He is known to be able to outrun his own kart. He is also shown to be very violent. In the pre-race cutscene of Rickety Bridge, Scout monkeys around violently on his kart, all the while cracking his knuckles, smashing his hands together, and screams violently at Tag. According to the Rickety Bridge race intro, it seems like Scout doesn't like Tag very much. Tag races Scout again later, when he returns during the Grand Tour.

- Scout's Voice is a Monkey's voice, just like Monkeyatto.
