Mother's Paint Shop is a paint shop that is owned by Mother. It is correctly referred to as Mother's Paint Shop, but the page's title is Mom's Paint Shop regardless.
Mother opened this shop a long time ago. She never got anybody to buy her paint. After she created an ad for it, the ad suddenly got many people buying paint for their Karts.
